We invite you to CELEBRATE with us! The SHEFitPT team is hosting a Grand Opening event on March 19th to celebrate our lovely new office in Mission Valley!

Have an appetizer and a drink on us as you peruse our new space, get to know our staff, and sample our expertise! We will have interactive opportunities to practice a little yoga with Dr. Kelsey, some pilates with Dr. Paula, and learn about Diastasis Recti from Dr. Jessica! Following these activities there will be an opportunity for complimentary diastasis recti screenings with our PTs, as well as some awesome door prizes from SHEFit and our fantastic wellness neighbors!
