From 11/25/22-11/28/22 when you book a new evaluation you can take advantage of our independent online postpartum recovery program, Mom Body Rehab, absolutely free! For more information on MBR, click here. (Regular rate for Evaluation $195, regular rate for MBR $197)

This deal is available to all new and returning clients who have not been seen in the past 6 months or are otherwise elligible to be seen for a new evaluation. Cash pay, Tricare, and Wellness clients are all elligible to participate!*

How to Claim your Deal:

To take advantage of the Black Friday deal, please follow this link to self-book your evaluation. Evaluations must take place between the dates of 11/25/2022 and 2/1/2023. In the NOTES section when booking, please enter “BLACK FRIDAY DEAL”, along with your due date or date of delivery. If your date is past, we will automatically enroll you in the online program! If your due date is future, we will plan to enroll you within 7 days of your due date, unless you contact us to request a different date. You can do so by emailing sheri@shefitpt.com.

Payment for the evaluation is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Evaluations must be completed between November 28, 2022 and February 1, 2023 to be eligible.

If you have Tricare West Insurance, you may still take advantage of the Black Friday Special. If you have Tricare Select, you may have a deductible up to $150 and a copay up to $45. Please proceed with booking as described above and your fees will be applied as a credit toward your deductible and copays, or refunded if Tricare pays all charges. If you have Prime, prior authorization is required for coverage. Please proceed wih booking as described and after Tricare has paid for your evaluation we will refund your booking fee. If authorization is not obtained, this fee will be nonrefundable and you may complete your evaluation as a cash patient. Please contact our office for assistance pursuing authorization.

Please note, MBR is NOT individualized physical therapy and is not reimbursible by insurance. Further details on MBR at mombodyrehab.com.
