October 2019 Workshop for Moms (and Moms-to-Be)!
I’m excited to announce our next LIVE Strong Mom Workshop coming up on Saturday, October 19th! I have been out of the game for a bit with having my own sweet girl, but I am back in action and ready to bring some education to you and your expecting/postpartum tribe!
The Strong Mom workshop is for you if you are currently pregnant or have had a baby in the past 5-10 years.
